Nature of the public website

The public website makes it possible to discover the services, send a request and, depending on the journey, prepare the opening of a case file.

A request sent through the website does not amount to automatic confirmation of service. Confirmation happens only after our team has reviewed the situation.

Requests, quotes and service activation

Every request is subject to prior review.

Service activation depends in particular on the information provided, operational feasibility, the documents required in the specific case and, where applicable, the validation of a quote or a dedicated contractual framework.

Information provided by the family

The quality and speed of service activation depend on the accuracy of the information, documents and contact details provided.

Incomplete, inaccurate or late information may affect certain procedures, validations or timelines.

Scope, third parties and limits

Certain operations also depend on authorizations, public administrations, local partners, schedules, the area concerned or constraints beyond the sole control of Sabil l'Ikram.

When this is the case, our role is to coordinate, inform and support the family within the framework that is actually possible.

Follow-up, media and family space

When the service provides for it, certain documents, photos, videos or follow-up elements may be made available in a secure family space.

This access is strictly limited to the persons authorized within the scope of the case file.

Availability and timing

We implement reasonable means to handle requests with seriousness, diligence and continuity of service.

However, exact timeframes may vary depending on the urgency, the completeness of the case file, the required validations and local or administrative constraints.

Droit applicable

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Morocco, subject to any mandatory rules that may protect certain specific situations.
