Data protection
Sabil l'Ikram protects information linked to case files by limiting access, separating spaces, tracing sensitive actions and governing documents and media.
Protection principles
We apply four principles: access limited to authorized people only, separation of spaces according to roles, traceability of sensitive actions useful for following the case file, and controlled retention of the documents and media required for the service.
Restricted access and permissions
Family, coordination and operations spaces do not grant the same rights.
A person can access only the information needed for their intervention or for their follow-up of the case file. Case files, documents and media are not made public.
Operational traceability
Certain sensitive actions linked to the follow-up of a case file may be logged in order to strengthen security, service continuity and operational transparency.
When the service provides for it, certain field interventions may be documented through follow-up elements useful for their justification.
Documents, media and retention
Documents, photos and videos linked to a case file are kept within a controlled framework and are accessible only to authorized persons.
They are used only for the execution, follow-up, justification or continuity of the service, depending on the scope of the case file concerned.
Hosting and CNDP framework
Service-related data is hosted in Morocco in order to maintain an operating framework consistent with our promise of proximity and the applicable protection requirements.
The service compliance framework falls within the CNDP declaration made by the operator of the service.
