The service combines local human coordination with digital tools that make it possible to follow procedures, field interventions and documents securely.
This mission also means making clear what belongs to the emergency, the formal steps, the local organization and the follow-up of the case file, so misunderstandings do not arise when the family has to decide quickly.

Our way of working
